HOW WE WORK
AMAROY operates in a systematic way that ensures transparency and human safety through FIVE SIMPLE STEPS.
1. RECEIVE & PROCESS DONATIONS
AMAROY receives donated medical supplies, pharmaceuticals and equipments. AMAROY then applies fair measures to ensure that materials received meet the criteria set by the organization before sorting, cataloging and entering the inventory into our data base.
2. APPLICATION FOR SUPPORT BY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Nonprofit organizations will submit applications to AMAROY for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals needed for medical mission trips to rural communities in developing countries following a set deadline per year.
3. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS
The applications submitted by non-profit organizations are reviewed and only qualifying nonprofit organizations as stipulated by a set guideline are approved to receive assistance from AMAROY.
4. REQUEST FOR SUPPLIES
Upon approval notification, the nonprofit organization is required to request for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies through a licensed physician or the medical director of the medical mission.
5. DISBURSEMENT OF DONATED AID
Based on availability of supplies, date of proposed medical mission and type of need, AMAROY will provide the nonprofit organization with the requested medical supplies and pharmaceuticals only within the United States.
